PERUVIAN ASSOCIATION OF RECEPTIVE AND INTERNAL TOURISM OPERATORS
APOTUR

APOTUR is a private, non-profit civil association created with the purpose of contributing to the development of tourism in Peru.

The association is a strategic ally of the State and it has a voice in the planning and promotion of tourism on a national level and participates in the planning and development of policies and strategies in the sector (National Strategic Tourism Plan – PENTUR, Plan COPESCO, Promotional Fund - PromPerú), making it a key link between the private sector and the government bodies which regulate and promote tourism activity at a national level; the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism – MINCETUR, the National Institute of Culture – INC, National Institute of Natural Resources – INRENA, and PROMPERU, among others.

APOTUR channels the greatest influx of organized receptive tourism on a national level, accounting for 75% of arrivals to Peru. It brings together receptive and internal tourism operators who are leaders at national and local levels and contribute on a daily basis to the growth of our sector with their professionalism, seriousness and the quality of their services.
